Friends of the JHPL Bag-of-Books Sale

Posted on:

In conjunction with the first day of the Harvest Festival, on October 18, come support the Friends of the Joshua Hyde Public Library by shopping their Bag-of-Books sale. Proceeds from the book sales provide 40% of the annual income the Friends use to support the library. The Friends support the library by providing funding for children, teen and adult programs including arts and craft supplies, performers, reading groups, movies, museum passes and more. They are also a huge contributor to our Summer Reading Program.

Saturday, October 18 from 10am to 3pm in the JHPL Meeting Room.

  • Small bag - $5
  • Medium bag - $10
  • Your own tote bag - $15-$20

Small and medium bags will be provided. For teachers with a school I.D., all bags are $5.
